What we do

AI Readiness & Executive Briefings

Your board is asking about AI. Your peers are deploying. The capability curve is doubling every four months. We build the readiness — the strategy, the briefings, the pilots — so your leadership can make decisions based on what's real, not what's in the news.

FAQ

Common questions.

We already have an AI strategy. Do we need this?

Maybe not. Most AI strategies written before 2026 are obsolete. A 90-minute session will tell you if yours is.

Are briefings for the full board or exec team?

Both formats available. Board briefings focus on risk and fiduciary questions; exec briefings focus on execution and tradeoffs.

Will you recommend specific vendors?

Yes, when warranted. We have no paid referral relationships with any AI vendor — our recommendations are yours to trust.
