How we work
We are not a reseller. We have no paid referral relationships with any AI vendor. What we recommend is what we would use ourselves.
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what you’re trying to do, not a sales demo. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and, when possible, point you to someone who is.
What we believe
Security is not a stage gate — it’s the design.
Most AI integrations treat security as a review at the end. By then, the architecture is set and the data has already moved. We design with security constraints on day one so nothing surprises you at go-live.
Governance is a living practice, not a binder.
An acceptable-use policy nobody reads is not governance. A risk register nobody updates is not governance. We help you build practices people actually use — and that scale as your AI footprint grows.
Now is the time to use AI, not the time to learn it.
The capability curve is doubling every four months. Organizations that spend 2026 "exploring" will be permanently behind organizations that spend it executing. We are wired for execution.
The work behind the work
Our advice is shaped by daily hands-on work in production environments — Microsoft Sentinel deployments, LDAP and identity plumbing, n8n workflow engineering, LLM integration testing, and security operations. We are not ex-analysts with a deck. We build.
Who we work with
We specialize in mid-market and upper mid-market businesses that are past the “should we try AI” question and are now asking “how do we do this responsibly and at scale.” Industries we do our best work in:
- Financial services — banks, credit unions, wealth managers
- Healthcare — provider networks, payers, health-tech
- Professional services — law, accounting, consulting
- Critical-infrastructure adjacent — utilities, logistics, manufacturing
